The Contact Point for Cross-Border Healthcare has a customer panel with the task of helping to make the choosehealthcare.fi online service and operations of the Contact Point better. The customer panel includes volunteers who are interested in using health services abroad.
Signing up for the customer panel does not require any commitment and contact information will only be used for notifying about the events of the customer panel.
What does the customer panel do?
As a member of the customer panel, you have the chance to participate, for example, in a survey regarding the choosehealthcare.fi online service, a prize draw or workshop. There are approximately 3 to 4 customer panel events annually. They are organised by the Contact Point for Cross-Border Healthcare together with partners. We draw small prizes among the people who participate in the development work.
Participation is always voluntary and you can request the removal of your information from our list at any time.
The customer panel operates mainly in Finnish.

You can sign up to the customer panel of the Contact Point for Cross-Border Healthcare using the feedback form. Your message will be directed to the email address of the Contact Point. Write in the message field that you wish to become a member of the customer panel. Fill in your name and email address in the designated fields.
How can I resign from the customer panel?
If you have any questions about the customer panel or you wish to remove your contact information from our list, send your question or request using the feedback form.
